Brian Tymann
Founder and CEO
Brian studied environmental science in college and has always had a passion for the natural world. In addition to operating BGT, he owns and invests in a host of business ventures, he serves as a Trustee for the Village of Westhampton Beach, and is involved in a host of community organizations. He enjoys foraging for edible wild plants, playing the drums, and most importantly spending time with his wife and young daughters.
Camden Ackerman
Political Consultant
Camden heads up the political and strategic communications arm of BGT. He brings over a decade of experience working locally, statewide and nationally on grassroots and advocacy campaigns. He holds a degree in political science and communications from Iowa State University.

Land Use and Permitting Specialist
Lindsey Venturino specializes in managing commercial and residential permitting in the Towns of Southampton and Brookhaven, New York. With over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, she brings exceptional people skills, operational expertise, and a strong ability to navigate complex regulatory processes, ensuring projects move smoothly from application to approval.
Ashleigh joined BGT in 2025 with two decades of hospitality and retail experience. She specializes in permit expediting; bookkeeping and budgeting; operations and systems optimization; inventory and vendor management; database implementation; facilities maintenance coordination; and maritime employment programs—helping teams streamline workflows, control costs, and keep approvals moving.
Over her career, she has played key roles in opening and sustaining eight successful businesses by installing reliable accounting and operating systems and coordinating complex, cross-department projects. A Registered Health Department Consultant and Brookhaven Town Expeditor, Ashleigh is equipped to support projects from quick approvals to multi-phase builds.
Bill Tymann
Business Consultant
Bill devoted his life to helping children in need and served as the CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Long Island for 34 years before retiring and joining our team at BGT. Bill has been recognized as one of the pioneers of solical entrepreneurialism, creating revenue sources to support and grow not-for-profits and in turn, serve more people in need. He brings a wealth of knowledge to BGT and serves clients in developing their businesses and not-for-profits, with an emphasis on grant writing and fundraising.
Kalynn Rowley
Business Consultant
Kalynn has an extensive background in special project management, and brings a strong focus on client relationships and success. Functioning in marketing, human resources and administration roles spanning several industries including apparel, law, real estate, and politics – she is prepared to accommodate wide-ranging requests.
